New Patients
Before you even step into Fonke Chiropractic and Decompression Center, we are ready for you. We’ve been expecting you and are excited that you’ve chosen us to serve your health care needs! Our friendly, personable team will greet you and introduce themselves.
Your First Visit
After handing in your forms, you’ll go back to a private area to meet Dr. Ben. He’ll talk about what brings you in, your health history and go over your goals. You’ll then have a full examination, with Dr. Ben informing you about the following:
- The problems he has identified through your evaluation
- The cause of your problem
- Our plan to address it
You’ll also receive your first treatment as long as X-rays aren’t indicated. This appointment will take about an hour in total.
When you return, Dr. Ben will want to know all about how you responded to the first adjustment. Once that is determined, all the pieces can be put together, including your history and examination findings. You’ll get suggestions on how often to see us, how long you likely need to come in and realistic expectations. This visit takes about 30 minutes.
Your follow-ups take about 20 minutes in total. You’ll see Dr. Ben for hands on treatment, then have a passive modality such as electrical muscle stimulation, heat, ice or traction applied.
We’ll make sure you know what your insurance coverage is before you start incurring charges. We’re in-network with major insurances such as

We believe in transparency in all aspects of what we do. If you are paying cash instead of using insurance, here are our fees:
- Consultation: $45
- Initial consultation and examination: $85 with no treatment
- Initial consultation, examination, and treatment: $140
- Follow-up visits (including adjustment and therapy): $60
A six-visit package is available for purchase at $300, which lowers your per-visit cost to $50.
